In the month of June and July 2024, the first zonal operation of Economic Census 2024 was conducted from 28 June 2024 AD to 30 June 2024 AD and training was provided to the enumerators and from 7 July to 27 July data was collected in the entire upazila. For the convenience of work, the entire Bagerhat Sadar Upazila is divided into four zones.Mr. Anwar Hossain Sheikh, Statistics Assistant District Statistics Office Bagerhat was working in Zone No. 01. Zone 02 was occupied by Dipankar Kumar Kundu, Zone 03 was occupied by Mr. Alauddin Naqib, Retired Statistical Analyst, Zone 04 was occupied by Mr. Sabina Afrin, recently completed NHD project.Mr. Dipankar Kumar Kundu, Statistical Investigator, Upazila Parishad Office, Bagerhat Sadar has served as the upazila coordinator of the entire upazila.
